With a reputation built on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, we’re growing our team and looking for a skilled HVAC technician who takes pride in their craft. We are seeking an experienced and hґighly motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain HVAC systems across a diverse range of residential and commercial properties. You’ll work independently in the field while serving as a direct representative of our company’s values and commitment to excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities –

  1. Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in both residential and commercial settings
  2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related HVAC issues and perform timely repairs
  3. Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and service calls
  4. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
  5. Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications
  6. Accurately document service work, parts used, and time spent on each job
  7. Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work
  8. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage parts inventory
  9. Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including after-hours situations

Skills and Qualifications –

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and installation (residential and commercial)
  2. EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
  3. Strong knowledge of gas, electric, and heat pump systems
  4. Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
  5. Solid understanding of electrical systems, controls, and wiring
  6. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
  8. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  9. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  10. State HVAC license or journeyman certification
  11. Experience with commercial rooftop units, chillers, or building automation systems (BAS)
  12. Familiarity with HVAC service software or mobile dispatch platforms
